During my many years of housekeeping, I've used lots of different oils for my chopping boards. Some have been ok, and others have been good. Papa Oki is heads above them all. It's incredibly easy to use; goes on nicely; dries quickly and, most importantly, leaves the wood looking and feeling beautiful. A must buy.
My husband is very pleased with this. I’m hoping the reverse side for chopping herbs with the very sharp mezzaluna will encourage him to be more adventurous with his flavours. 😂 A lovely piece of wood.

Speedy processing of my order, and the apron (a Christmas present) arrived in perfect order. The apron was very well received. It’s comfortable, good and strong, very practical. Lots of useful pockets.. would certainly order more.
Purchased the chopping board for our son who is keen on cooking. Looks just the job, I’m sure he’ll be very pleased.
Good quality and robust board. Only time will tell how long it last. The design is excellent, not only the built-in cutting bowl, but the recess to allow a dish to be neatly tucked under board. This is good for both waste and prepared foodstuff without the risk of spillage and mess. I use an old divided veg dish so that I can put waste in one half and prepped goods in the other. Would highly recommend.

Very easy to use, I applied with a sponge brush/applicator. It brought the beauty back to the surface of the wood. I had a large of cut of Elm worktop, it had been left in a damp garage for over 3 years, and put out in the rain last month! After shaping and sanding into a large chopping board I used the Papa Oki oil. The board now looks better than when it was new. It wipes clean and doesn't stain. Smells, like onion and garlic, don't linger. The only thing I would complain about is the scent, its supposed to smell of lemon and lime, the scent is very faint and when dry non-existent. But that's not what I bought for so🤷♂️
Arrived intact, smells pleasant without being overpowering at all. Easy to use provided you take care. I oiled a selection of chopping boards and wooden utensils and all were usable after about 24 hours, after a wipe; the oil absorbed well, having been applied sparingly. Thinking of oiling a (new) kitchen stool to protect it from drips, but not sure I want to darken the colour.

Pleasant but not overpowering smell, this oil has brought out the beautiful grain of my oak chopping board and am very happy with the purchase.

I have only just started using this product on my chopping boards and oak worktops but I have found it to be excellent. It was a good price, was delivered in good time, is easy to apply and basically it does what you need it to do which is protect your wooden surfaces and keep them water resistant. I would buy this product again.
Have used other oils and this is personal preference - the mild citrus scent makes it bearable for me to use it all day. On the wood finish it is very easy to apply, not sticky at all..I didn't have any skin reactions. The wood grain definitely came out and colour is much deeper. May need regular monthly applications for durability.
I desperately want to like the Papa Oki Chopping Board Oil, and if I'm honest, i kinda like it, but it's not my favourite board oil. It is for one too think, the viscosity of the oil is slow, and the residue left behind requires a second process of wipe down.I'll continue to use the oil until it runs out. At which point, i will go back to my previous go-to board oil.
Good quality gave my chopsticks and all my wooden worktop a new life.
A very easy to use product. My chopping board looks wonderful. I have never used oil before thinking it would not make a difference but it does!!
